- Guy Bartell's cinematic motorik project will release their latest album on Get Physical later this year.
Bronnt Industries Kapital will release their third album later this year, entitled Hard For Justice.
The project is the work of Bristol-based producer and multi-instrumentalist Guy Bartell, who originally started Bronnt to focus on his cold electro-acoustic tracks. As the years went by, Bartell became more influenced by Krautrock and Italian horror movie soundtracks, and these sounds started to slowly slip into his work. Indeed, Bartell has already had a go at doing his own movie work, being commissioned by Tartan Films to create a new soundtrack for Häxan, an unsettling witchcraft movie from 1922.
Hard For Justice, however, will see the light of day through German electronic heavyweights Get Physical, and marks the label's wildest step off their usual path to date. Expect motorik percussion and a mixture of live and synthesised instruments on the record, which also features three tracks that have been co-written by long-term collaborator Nick Talbot of Gravenhurst.
