BerMuDa announces 2010 club dates

- Dozens of artists have been named for the Berlin conference's second edition, including Move D, M.A.N.D.Y. and the Human League.
- Details have been announced for the club portion of this year's BerMuDa festival, set to take place from November 3rd-6th at venues around Berlin. Now in its second year, BerMuDa functions as something between a conference for industry types and a music festival for everyone else, with dozens of parties around the city anchored by a central event at Tempelhof Airport. Almost 30 of Berlin's clubs will be participating this year, offering a broad cross-section of the city's nightlife. Watergate will be in full swing all weekend, with sets from M.A.N.D.Y., Tiefschwarz, Superpitcher and Ellen Allien. Horst Krzbrg will see showcases from German deep house labels Laid and Smallville Records, while Hamburg's Diynamic takes over Ritter Butzke. A bit of new wave will be on offer as well, with classic Sheffield outfit The Human League booked at Radialsystem. To accompany this year's series of events, BerMuDa will release a two-disc compilation that aims to capture the sound of a typical weekend in the German capital. City Sound Berlin features clubs tracks from the likes of Sebo K, DJ T, Loco Dice and Fritz Kalkbrenner, split into sections labeled "Night" and "Day."
