- The Berlin label celebrate their 50th release with a collection of all new tracks.
To celebrate their 50th release, Dirt Crew Recordings have put together a compilation called Deep Love, due for release next month.
The label was first conceived nearly eight years ago in Cologne by Peter Gijselaers (AKA Break 3000) and Felix Eder (AKA James Flavour), who work together as Dirt Crew. Since then, it's set up shop in Berlin and become a consistent source of floor-ready house and tech house. Deep Love features all new productions by many of the artists closest to the label, such as Tigerskin and Till von Sein, as well as recent additions like Elef, Plan d'Aqua and Australian deep house artist The Tortoise. NRK founder Nick Harris makes his label debut with "Difficult Daze." The collection will be available as a digital download, accompanied by a 12-inch featuring an A-side from Iron Curtis called "Brthrs (Basement Dub)."
