New Order headlines Ibiza Rocks

- The brand will also welcome Kasabian, Kaiser Chiefs and add a second night in Ibiza in 2012.
- Season plans for Ibiza Rocks have been finalized, with 2012 seeing a return to the more guitar-focused live music of their early years. Kasabian, Kaiser Chiefs and New Order are all scheduled to perform, with the latter playing their first-ever Ibiza gig. This year will see the addition of a new weekly Friday party called We Are Rockstars, which despite the name will be a more DJ-led affair than their flagship Wednesday evening event. You can expect to see Skream, Benga, Major Lazer, Example and lots of Mark Ronson, who'll be involved in curating the events with Zane Lowe. Boat parties will run in the afternoon on both Wednesday and Friday, preceding the main event which take place outdoors at the Ibiza Rocks Hotel and start at 7pm. The group's Mallorca Rocks operation mirrors Ibiza, with the main shows taking place on Tuesday and We are Rockstars on Thursday. All events take place at the respective branded hotels on each island and are evening time open-air gigs that finish at midnight.
