The online retailer has a compilation and party series in the works.
Warp-owned electronic music retailer Bleep will celebrate its tenth anniversary with a compilation and series of parties.
Due out in May, the compilation features 14 previously unreleased tracks from a high-profile cast, opening with a cut from Wolfgang Voigt as Gas. There's a strong UK presence—Lone, Fuck Buttons, µ-Ziq, Shackleton, Nathan Fake and Untold all feature—as well as a couple of Warp-signed artists (Oneohtrix Point Never, Autechre) and beat-focused producers like Dabrye and Nosaj Thing. German duo Modeselektor chip in with the compilation's most memorable track title: "I'm Not Into Twerk, I'm Into KrafTwerk."
The Bleep10 project will also encompass a series of parties, kicking off on April 24th at Sankeys NYC with Modeselektor. The following night sees Fuck Buttons, Mount Kimbie and Fennesz playing live A/V shows at London's Barbican Centre, before an LA showcase on April 30th at Low End Theory with Lapalux and The Gaslamp Killer. Bleep staff members will host a NTS takeover on May 5th, with Lone, Nathan Fake and Wesley Matsell locked in for guest appearances.
