- The first two records are techno-focused, with tunes from the likes of Marcelus, Conforce and Jeroen Search.
Renowned Moscow nightclub Propaganda will celebrate its 20th anniversary by starting a record label.
Propaganda, which is located in the centre of Moscow, regularly books DJs like DVS1, Answer Code Request, Redshape and Zenker Brothers. The club says its in-house record label will be overseen by Alexander Babaev (label manager), Sergey Timoshov (art director) and Ira Lukina (graphic designer.)
The label will focus on different styles of electronic music, but techno is the focus of the first year. They've outlined full details of the first two records. The first, due out May 5th, is a four-track EP featuring tunes from the likes of Marcelus and Albert Van Abbe, while the second, which arrives on July 15th, is another four-tracker, with Conforce and Jeroen Search among the artists contributing.
