- A Rainbow In Curved Air and Persian Surgery Dervishes will be played on April 1st and 2nd respectively by Terry and his son Gyan Riley.
Terry and Gyan Riley will perform A Rainbow In Curved Air and Persian Surgery Dervishes at Berghain.
The father and son duo are playing interpretations of the elder Riley's essential LPs in April at the Berlin club. 1969's A Rainbow In Curved Air is being performed on the 1st and 1972's Persian Surgery Dervishes on the 2nd with Terry and Gyan playing synths and guitar respectively. Working with improvisation, just intonation, modal scales, long durations and tape loops, both albums are landmarks of minimalist composition.
